I really like this magnesium. I know it's the real deal because I take magnesium to stay regular and it works. Some brands I've used haven't been as reliable. I also like that it's non GMO.

This supplement makes me soooooo tired! The tiredness lasts into the day from taking it the night before at dinner. And I only take 1 pill out of the 3 that is the dosage.
