I've tried more expensive brands, but these B Complex seem to work the best for me. Can definitely tell when I forget to take them for a week or more and then start again. My nails get stronger almost immediately, and fatigue goes away.

I bought these b/c I wanted a natural source of B-complex and this had good reviews. But, I noticed after taking that I suffered gastrointestinal distress, bloating, swollen abdomen, gas, and nausea, etc., so that I stopped taking them a few days. The symptoms abated a little, and then I took one more, and the symptoms all returned. What is in this that would cause gastrointestinal distress, I do not know, I never had this problem with B complex before.
