is a no-brainer. We all need a multivitamin these days and I’ve been taking this one for a very long time.
If proof of purchase is what counts then the five stars I give Kirkland's multivitamin says it all.Because this is the only one I buy and have done so for several years.The sources of the vitamins are organic. It's non-GMO. Each tablet contains nine vitamins and several minerals such as zinc and magnesium. Most of the ingredients in each tab equal or exceed the DRD.Kirkland is an in-house Costco brand but the name is supposed to signify premium-quality. Presumably, this is true.Downside? There is so much information on the rear label that even someone with 20/20 will need a magnifying glass to read it.
Where is the rest of it? If possible, please tweak your formula to include vitamin k's mk4 and mk7, iron, boron, choline, inositol, potassium and vanadium.
