Just remember because vitamins are expensive doesn’t mean they are good quality. They made no improvements for the year. I was taking them and also are very expensive to still be sick all the time. I got the brand pure instead and now have noticed an improvement.

As soon as you open the bottle make sure you count how many tablets are in there. I received my bottle on May 2nd that is suppose to be 72 count. I have taken 2 a day every day. No more. No less. It's May 21st now and i only have 8 tablets left. So apparently i paid for 72 and received 48. Short 24 tablets. That's quite a bit to be short.

My husband likes these, he seems more energized and these seem they do the job

Love these vitamins...getting too pricey tho

Like the higher dosages. Like the absorption claim as well. Looking forward optimistically.
