My husband and I both take this supplement. It has everything our bodies need and only 1 pill! Highly recommend for a great all in one vitamin supplement.
Vitamins were good. Easy to swallow. Did not have any issues with smell of them or stomach upset. I believe they are excellent quality and helps add vitamins and nutrients to you. The only thing is they can be kinda pricy. Ended up switching brands for a cheaper alternative.
