Best probiotic and prebiotic! I would use no other. Helps with my digestion.
I never write reviews and also dislike writing poor reviews. However, I feel compelled to do so because I have tried not once, but TWICE to contact Ora Organic’s customer support about an issue and have never received a response.I received my bottle but several capsules were broken. Powder was everywhere in the bottle. Furthermore, ALL of the capsules in the bottle were brittle; they would crack at pinching them together. I don’t know if this is normal for this company because it’s my first time ordering, but what I do know is that that isn’t normal for general capsules. I even worry if this is safe to take.I wanted to either return or replace my product but couldn’t do so through Amazon — it redirects me to Ora’s webpage, which I have emailed and submitted an inquiry form TWICE but never received any response whatsoever.Poor quality with the absence of customer support. I will not be ordering anything from this company again in the future and urge buyer caution.

I like the product and reordered . Not sure why Amazon put it in a envelope when it’s a glass bottle so unfortunately it came in broken and now I have to send pictures to the company and get it refund through the company and not Amazon.
