A similar feeling so an SSRI which my body hates. Unfortunately it’s just not for me so that reflects my review. For reference i’m 28 years old, 115 lbs, healthy but not active.Personally i think the price is a high for a plastic bottle but i know its Rituals branding to have “luxury prices”. The previous reviews mentioned the citrus smell and its because there’s a scent pod in there which i like the smell of. There’s other brands that offer the same supplement mix but i wanted to experience the hype for myself… which flopped.

I felt like these made my anxiety worse. Not sure the science behind that but I only took them for a couple weeks.

I have used all their other products but this let me down.. horrible after taste, DID NOT FIR RELAXATION as promoted. No smell from the sealed capsule. ABSOLUTELY NO POSITIVE RESPONSE TO THEIR DESCRIPTION. VERY DISAPPOINTED, no increase in Amy if the described

This has been such a lifesaver to my high stress job. I take it in the morning and it last for the 8hrs it states.I am definitely seeing the value of buying and the cost would be the same as buying the supplements separately

I have ADHD and anxiety. It’s a lovely combination.Today’s the first day taking it so time will tell but it started with a subtle happy energy effect that blunted several days of anxiety powered chest pain. Then a chill feeling came after. Not sleepy chill, just relaxed. Have a bit of head pressure but that could be anything. Mentally I know the anxiety is there I simply don’t feel it physically with this supplement.I’ll probably take this in the evening as I don’t yet know what it will do with adderall. Although I’ve heard L Theanine is a good supplement to take with my medication I’ll still wait to talk with my doc.The mg doses in here seem to be low and safe as what I’ve experienced with Ritual in the past.They’re less of a ‘highest concentration of’ brand and more of a ‘just what you need and nothing more’ brand. I like this as it’s a safer approach for the consumer and rare in the supplement industry.
